A  Notary Public is a public official appointed by the state government to witness and certify the signing of legal documents.

A  Notary Signing Agent is a Notary who has been trained to handle loan documents. Such Agents may print loan documents, meet with the signer(s), and notarizes signatures.

All signers are required to appear in person  before the Notary Public.

All signers MUST present a valid government issued photo ID.

In the absence of a photo ID, each signer must present a Credible Witness, who MUST have ID 

Documents to be notarized MUST contain an approved Notarial Certificate.

Each document to be notarized MUST have the the correct Notarial Language in order for the notarization to be completed.

Yes, YOUR NOTARY PUBLIC LLC. charges to perform notarial acts to include, but not limited to the following areas. 

Acknowledgments   $10 fee per notarized signature.

Jurats                       $10 fee per notarized signature.

Verifications             $10 fee per notarized signature.

Loan Signing Services $ 100 fee and up

Verbal Oath Affirmation - $10 fee per notarized signature.

Electronic acknowledgement or, electronic jurats $15 fee per electronically notarized principal signature. 

There is fee of $10 for each principal signer(s) per notarial act. This means if (for example) Jack and Jill will be named as the signer of the documents, wherever a notary stamped seal is placed, the fee will be $10 per signer on each document in which the notarial seal is stamped.
